I’ve been excited about the Bloggers Ball ever since Scarlett mentioned organising it way back in December.
Back then I had no clue I would start working for Blogosphere magazine in March and, as I was planning on coming to the event anyway, I asked Scarlett if we could have a stall to chat to bloggers about the magazine from.
Luckily she said yes! So on June 18 I headed into the heart of Leicester Square to represent the magazine at our stall, network with fellow bloggers and meet some amazing brands.
The Blogosphere stall
Tucked away in the second room, I was pleasantly surprised to find our table was opposite the lovely JewelleryBox.co.uk!
I quickly set up our display and got stuck in helping her set theirs up which, as you can see below, looked absolutely gorgeous.
Luckily, I had some time before everyone came in to browse a couple of the stalls, and it was nice to have a quick chat with some brands before it got seriously busy.
I had to give these guys a mention – their ‘magic mirror’ was just so much fun.
I brought Beth, one of the girls doing work experience with us, along with me to help man our stall and we had such a good laugh posing for the camera.
There were unlimited print outs on the day and I’m kind of gutted I didn’t go back a bit later on and get a few photos with some other bloggers.
Bravura and Monin
I also have to give a mention to the two brands above – purely because they were so lovely and nice to speak to!
I’ve seen Bravura at Scarlett‘s events before, so it was nice to touch base with them again and I’ve now got one of their Salicylic Acids to test out.
Monin are new to blogger events and it was really great to chat to them about the huge range of products they make. The Yuzu and Lemongrass lemonade they were serving was delicious and I hope I will meet them again at future events.
I had a really lovely time at the Bloggers Ball, time flew by and, as well as chatting to fellow bloggers about the magazine, it was nice to meet some new brands and network with bloggers I haven’t met before.
