Wow, the weeks have flown by! It feels like just a couple of days ago I was hosting the #BlogosphereChristmas event…
I wanted to organise a Christmas event for the magazine, and as our deadline for the December issue was early November, we decided to get in the festive spirit super early with a market on November 5th.
We hosted the event at The Strand Gallery and welcomed around 60 bloggers to the venue.
We had some fabulous sponsors for the event, and I thought I would give you a little bit more information about each of them here:
The London Tea Company
Our main sponsor for the event was The London Tea Company, a brand who have quickly found a place in my heart (and kitchen cupboards!)
They were showcasing their new Winter Wondermint blend which is THE strongest mint tea I’ve ever drunk.
I’ve had a couple of cups of it since picking up a box at the event and wow…it’s amazing for clearing my head after a long day!
Latest in Beauty
Next to The London Tea Company were Latest in Beauty. I love their beauty boxes, so was excited to have them at the event and they were giving away a couple of their You Beauty Box advent calendars.
It was a bit gutting not being able to enter, but exciting to see people winning them!
I’ve been spritzing their Vanilla Milkshake body mist on my bedding and pillows and it’s such a warm, comforting scent it really helps me to drift off and relax.
Again, 7th Heaven is a brand I became familiar with when I was much younger. I used to love using their face masks during my mini pamper sessions and I’m enjoying being re-introduced to them.
I used the nail and cuticle mask a few nights ago and while it did feel a bit weird to have the mini pockets on each of my fingers, they did leave my nails and cuticles feeling really nourished.
I love the concept behind Social Superstore – a website where you can build your own ‘online shop’ and earn money from every sale via your links. It was nice to touch base with the team at our event and I now feel much more motivated to get using my own shop!
I hope everyone enjoyed the event, it was a lot of fun to put together and has definitely inspired me to get working on lots of exciting events for 2017…
