Benefit brow tamers
If you’re a beauty junkie like me, you will be aware of the huge range of brow products that Benefit launched last summer. I’ve always been a fan of their products (I still love to use Gimme Brow) so when they really stepped up their brow game I was excited to test out some new products from the range.
Since the launch, I’ve tested the updated version of Gimme Brow and the Goof Proof brow pencil and been impressed with both, so when I was gifted a couple of other products from the range at the Blogosphere Cover Reveal, I couldn’t wait to try them!
Brow Zings in No.5*
When I want a more dramatic brow, I always opt for a powder because it’s a quick and easy way to really add colour to my brows and fill our the slightly sparser areas. This little kit is genius, and I really love the powder in it, it’s super pigmented and the perfect colour for my brows!
The wax is really helpful for setting the brows, and the fact that it’s tinted means you can just use it on its own if you wish. This also comes with mini tweezers (honestly, one of the most useful things you can have in your makeup bag) and a double ended brush with a rounded and angled side. I like to use the angled side to get a really precise brow shape and the rounded side to fill them in.
Overall, I really love this kit and if you like your brows prominent this is a must-have.
Precisely, My Brow Pencil in No.5*
I tend to use a brow pencil when I really quickly want to fill in my brows and want a slightly more subtle finish. This pencil is quite hard, which means you can get very precise, thin lines when filling your brows in, which really helps when it comes to getting a natural finish! There’s a spoolie on the end, so you can brush the pencil in and buff it in a bit. This is my fuss-free, two-minutes-and-go choice for brows, so if you like your brows easy give this one a go.
